Keep a lookout for an email from cwesseler@st.louisschool.org in May regarding tenting assignments.

EARLY REGISTRATION: $100 until March 10th
REGISTRATION: $130 until April 10th
LATE REGISTRATION: $160 until May 10th
REGISTRATION CLOSES: May 10th

Adult chaperones are FREE

All registration fees ($) are to be turned in to the parish office or payed online with a processing fee.
NOTE: All participants will be tent camping for the duration of the conference; please see the packing list. Only mother and daughter/father and son are permitted to sleep in the same tent.

PAYMENTS: Pay online or by check/cash. Please make all checks payable to "St. Louis Parish" and mail or deliver to Carrie Wesseler, St. Louis Parish, 13 E. St. Louis Place, Batesville, IN 47006. All payments due to parish office by June 1st. If the Registration Fee is a hardship for you, please select payment by cash/check at registration and let Carrie know you will need to make arrangements by sending an email to cwesseler@st.louisschool.org.
