YOUTH REGISTRATION FORM (entering 9 th grade – graduating 2022 seniors)
REGISTRATION FEE: We will be covering your cost!
INTENSE Youth Conference offers and encourages teens to open their hearts and encounter
Jesus. During the conference weekend teens will be coming together to hear speakers,
testimonies, prayer, adoration, Mass, music and have FUN! The conference INTENSE
AND IN-TENTS will be hosted in St. Leon, IN to enjoy God's creation.
Teens and chaperones will be sleeping in assigned tents - Friday and Saturday night.
Once you have registered watch for emails from pgrimm@etczone.com providing additional
details and information about the Conference.
A packing list will be provided to all teens and chaperones who registered.
Sleeping Arrangements:
All participates will be tent camping for the duration of the conference. Only mother and
daughter/father and son are permitted to sleep in the same tent.
